We have developed the aquaculture clusters strategy for Peru as an instrument to develop governance and improve innovation in the sector.

Between April and October 2021, we executed the technological roadmap for the food ingredients industry in Peru, hired by ProInnóvate Perú, and leading the consortium formed between Cluster Consulting and Discovery & Watch.

The Teresina mayor's office hired Cluster Consulting to execute a Competitiveness Program in clusters in the city of Teresina.

In 2020, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) hired Cluster Consulting to identify and analyze the international demand for sustainable and deforestation-free Amazonian cocoa from Ecuador.

The Teresina mayor's office hired Cluster Consulting to design the economic development program for the city of Teresina.

The Food Clusters Project in Minas Gerais, carried out by the state's government and sponsored by the World Bank in 2012, consisted in the identification, characterization and priorization of the food clusters in the state, as well as the elaboration of strategic plans and logistics and infrastructure solutions for the 4 selected clusters.

We are facilitators in implementing microeconomic policies and its assessment. 

We work alongside with multilateral institutions such as IDB, World Bank and national governments in critical moments of microeconomic policies such as its beginning, its strengthening and its assessment.
